Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, contact us at customercare@illuminabeauty.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, address, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Once your return is approved and after we have received the product, we will proceed with the necessary repairs or send a replacement.Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the damaged device (if under warranty) to the address provided by our customer care team.You are eligible for an exchange if the device has quality issues due to non-human factors. In such cases, the device will be repaired or replaced free of charge. However, issues caused by improper use, accidents, or force majeure are not covered.Please be aware that our devices do not come with a physical warranty card. At Illumina Beauty, we track each purchase in our system to verify warranty eligibility. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period.If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.To qualify for this right, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
