Return Window
You may request a return within 60 days after receiving your order.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty devices and skincare products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at customercare@illuminabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. If the issue is caused by our error, we will help arrange the return or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@illuminabeauty.com with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a short description.

Warranty and Exchanges
Illumina Beauty devices include a 1-year warranty for eligible quality issues caused by non-human factors. Depending on the case, we may offer repair, replacement, or another suitable solution. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Promotional Bundles and Free Gifts
If your order included a promotional bundle, free gift, or discounted item, all related items may need to be returned together before a refund can be approved.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable, and opened consumable skincare products are not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or unless the item is defective or incorrect.
